- Donor’s complete name
- Donor’s complete mailing address
- Donor’s complete telephone number with area code
- Donor’s email address
All cheques and money orders must be payable to “The Ed Coates Memorial Foundation”.
In Memoriam Donations:
You can make a donation to The Ed Coates Memorial Foundation in memory of a family member, friend, or colleague.

Individual Tax Receipts
